daily insecurity output

it's the third time i get this:

Checking special files and directories.
Output format is:
	filename:
		criteria (shouldbe, reallyis)
usr/local: 
	permissions (0755, 02755)
usr/local/bin: 
	permissions (0755, 02755)


and it's the third time I do

# chmod 0755 /usr/local
# chmod 0755 /usr/local/bin

I bet tomorrow i'll get the same message again... what's wrong?
