Hi,
I have to setup dns-servers for my company. For obvious reasons i
(and my company too:-) want to use OpenBSD with its default version
of bind. The idea is to employ cobalt raq4 (intel-based) because they
are offered (including connectivity) by the provider. This solution is
the cheapest at the moment. So i'd like to ask: Has somebody installed
OpenBSD on those machines (AMD k-6II CPU, 8 G harddrive, two nics, 128 mb
ram )? I didn't find more specific hardware-info else i would have looked
at OpenBSD's hardwarelist.
The good news is: OpenBSD will be used anyway, so we'll rather use different
hardware then a different OS:)
I found some raq releated stuff in the archives but that was misp-related
and relative old if one thinks about how fast OpenBSD developes.
Thanks in advance,
Alf
btw.: Are there some pitfalls with bind in general that i should be aware of?
