NAMED.CONF : FILE NOT FOUND

Hi to all.
I have get the package bind-9.1.3 and install it in 2.9 and 3.0 box.

I have change rc.conf for named but when I boostrap ( in 2.9 and 3.0 ) I
get
the message:

   /etc/named.conf: open: file not found ( but exist ! )

 If I do login  and run named

   #  /usr/local/sbin/named

  all ok !!   Why !!!
