Is this *all* of your pf.conf file? Where have you identified what
exactly '$ExtIf' is? It also looks like all of these lines are
commented out. What are your rules? I have to assume that this is
not your actual pf.conf file.
You probably should post your *complete* pf.conf file as well as
exactly what syntax errors you are getting.
