Projects and ToDo Lists

I have put together:

which contains:

ToDo List:
     projects and work that core developers would like to see done or 
are going to be working on.
     a place for others to volunteer their services, what ever those may be
     a place for developers and porters to ask for volunteers or 
hardware or whatever they need to make a project move along to 
completion.

Project List:
     projects and work that key porters and developers are currently 
working on to some extent or another

Ports Lists:
     lists of ports that have been submitted to the project that are 
looking for testers.
