clamping, more details

wellwell, the last mail had to be sent via ISDN ;P

Here's some more info: The method doesn't seem to be called "IP
clamping" but MSS clamping. The parameter for linux' iptables is
--clamp-mss-to-pmtu . Now this is what I'm looking for on OBSD.
