No buffer space available

Hi,
I use a "OpenBSD freedom 2.8 GENERIC#399 i386". I am using "nmap V. 2.53" 
(from nmap's site) and I have this error: 

sendto in send_tcp_raw: sendto(3, packet, 40, 0, *.*.*.*, 16) => No
buffer space available
Sleeping 15 seconds then retrying

How can I resolv this problem? I should modify any options in kernel?
