Testers: RAIDFrame patches updated to -current

The RAIDFrame patches have been updated to work with -current as of 
2001/10/02 11PM CET
  http://www.deval.be/Thierry/rf_patches.tar.gz

Thanks to some commits by gluk@, src/sys/kern patches are no longer 
needed :-)
I've also fixed the patch problem with the sparc64 arch

in addition, raidctl -s is now less verbose (unless you specify -v)
