ne Ethernet Interface warning

Hi fellows!
I've a home network with an OpenBSD box as default gateway for my LAN. This
box have 2 interfaces, xl0 (LAN) and ne3 (dhcp/cablemodem). IPF & NAT rules
are in place and everything is working fine, but.. Can someone explain me
this warning?
