Problems with ports

I've just installed a 2.9 and i've done a cvsup from cvsup.openbsd.org
using the following configuration file :

/-----------------
| *default host=cvsup.OpenBSD.org
| *default base=/var
| *default prefix=/usr
| *default release=cvs tag=.
| *default delete use-rel-suffix
| *default compress
|
| OpenBSD-ports
\-----------------

All the cvsup process runs fine but i'm now unable to install whatever
from ports...

/-----------------
| # cd /usr/ports/sysutils/gkrellm/
| # make
| "/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk", line 1426: \
|        missing `in' in for  cipher value in ${PROBLEMS}
| "/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk", line 1426: \
| Missing dependency operator
| "/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk", line 1430: \
| Need an operator
| Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue
| #
\-----------------

the make program is the genuine one (as noticed by 'whence')

Did i miss (or broke) something
