problem when compiling ports

Hello,

I ve got following errors on two OBSD machines while compiling ports (each of
ports I mean):

"/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk", line 1413: missing `in' in for
cipher value in ${PROBLEMS}
"/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk", line 1413: Missing dependency operator
"/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk", line 1417: Need an operator
Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue


what is wrong ? should I update something, or ?

boxes are OBSD 2.9 with stable source installed and all of patches applied
