Greetings,
After spending some time trying to set up DNS and not having
everything work out, I decided to try and implement the settings
in the FAQ to see if my system is healthy before moving on to
putting my own settings in. I'm a novice, so I do not know why
the FAQ settings don't work either. System is 2.8-stable
# dig @nemo.yewtopia yewtopia any any

Perhaps I needed a .com on the end of nemo.yewtopia, so I tried that
and got:
; <<>> DiG 2.2 <<>> @nemo.yewtopia.com yewtopia any any
; (1 server found)
;; res options: init recurs defnam dnsrch
..and that was it (without returning a prompt, had to ctrl-c it)
If someone could shed some light on this I would heartily appreciate
it. Also, if I left out some info, let me know and I'll send that too.
Thanks,
Brian
