Hi,
I have OBSD box connected to internet using Ericson HIS and ppp. Everything is
going okay until I put to /etc/hosts following line:
'a.b.c.d myhost.mydomain'
where a.b.c.d is an ip address that ppp is receiving from ISP durring
connecting (ISP gives always the same IP).
In this case after reboot, during connecting, ppp logs following errors and
drops connection:
'ppp[pid]: tun0: Error: iface_inAdd: ioctl(SIOCAIFADDR): a.b.c.d: File exists'
'ppp[pid]: tun0: Error: ipcp_InterfaceUp: unable to set ip address'
Anyone have the same problem ? Some ideas what is the reason of that errors ?
Thanks for your help in advance...
Sebastian
