HAL2001 - The return to bed

Ok. My computer broke down during HAL and now its up and running again
(sort off).

The thing that I admired most was the fact that from al the three main
BSD's around only OpenBSD had a tent during the three day festival.

This brought together users and developers. And after sticking promotion
on the festival area on several tactical places and dixy toilets the crowd
found the tent (which was virtually on a non-used spot. Read: exiled
spot.) to makeing the
tent one happy lot.

Although it was an OpenBSD tent FreeBSD users where also there to share
their knowledge and wisdom (debatable subject). Haven't seen much NetBSD
users.

I don't know what this meeting brought us on development. Looking at
source-changes lots of changes have been submitted the last phew days.
Maybe somebody of the developers could update me on that.

I wish to thank Wim vandePutte phor pulling this together and making this
a weekend to remember.
(And Camiel phor helping me out with compiling -current when I stranded)
