HTTPD coring

In my rc.conf file I have turned http on with the "" flag.....now everytime
I reboot it says 

"starting network daemons: httpdMemory fault (core dumped) inetd sshd"

I am not using sendmail (turned it off in rc.conf)  and this is a new
install of openbsd 2.9


Has anyone seen this?
