ospf

My ISP has changed some stuff. I'm seeing a lot of this in ipflog:

I read some stuff about ospf, and it seems that it would be nice to have
it working. However, what I read was device specific (some Motorola
routers). Is it possible to get this to work on OpenBSD? If so how?
Pointers to a HOW-TO (preferably not too technical, I'm no network guru)
would suffice.

Thanks,
