X and OBSD 2.8

Hello all.

I've edited the /etc/sysctl.conf to include the following
line.'machdep.allowaperture=1'.  But everytime I run startx I get
the following message.


Fatal server error:
xf86EnableIOPorts: Failed to enable I/O ports access
        Check that you have set 'machdep.allowaperture=1'
        in /etc/sysctl.conf and reboot your machine
        refer to xf86(4) for details
