mailnametable is an old way of doing outbound address rewriting.
For example to rewrite msgs from fred123_(_at_)_example_(_dot_)_com to
fred_(_dot_)_jones_(_at_)_example_(_dot_)_com_(_dot_)_ These days you would use genericstable.
