You may want to check out CommuniGate Pro. It's a full-fledged, commercial
messaging system. They just added OpenBSD support.

Subject: mail package for ISP/webhost
Can anyone recommend a pop/smtp server package that would be best suited
for an ISP? I'm looking for something that does email across virtual
domains, allows owners of those domains to manage mailboxes @ their domain
(like webhosting), has mailling list manager support with web interface.
Is there any one package that does all this? If not, what individual
packages can you recommend?
Thanks.
