QT intallation problems

I'm having trouble installing the qt2 port. The I get the following
messages with "make install":

I'm not sure what or where the problem is which is probably due to the fact
that I'm still to new to all this stuff. So any explanation that will help
me resolve this problem as well as learning how to deal with situations like
this are greatly appreciated.

On the tar problem I found out that the file or directory doesn't exist.
For example under examples/pox directory I find the following files instead:

# pwd
/usr/ports/x11/qt2/work/fake-i386/usr/local/lib/qt2/examples/box
# ls
Makefile README glbox.cpp globjwin.cpp main.cpp
Makefile.in box.pro glbox.h globjwin.h

Your help is greatly appreciated
  Claus
