Hi.
I just installed OpenBSD 2.8 on a 486 with 40M ram. The problem is that the
system just recognizes 16M. How is this possible? (I have 40M working fine
under win95 and the count during boot).
This is from my dmesg:
OpenBSD 2.8 (GENERIC) #399: Mon Nov 6 10:59:23 MST 2000
deraadt_(_at_)_i386_(_dot_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_org:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC
cpu0: Intel 486DX2 ("GenuineIntel" 486-class)
cpu0: FPU,V86
real mem = 16363520 (15980K)
avail mem = 10153984 (9916K)
Any ideas?
/Johan Axelsson
