Subject: 3ware 3DM monitoring tool
The 3ware Escalade IDE-RAID cards are supported via the twe(4) driver.
3ware provides a linux binaries:
% tar ztvf 3dm-lnx.tgz
-rwxrwxr-x 1 500 500 696560 Mar 9 21:49 3dmd
-rwxrwxr-x 1 500 500 3540880 Mar 9 21:49 3dmpn
-rw-rw-r-- 1 500 500 899 Jan 26 16:12 3w-xxxx.rc.redhat
-rw-rw-r-- 1 500 500 692 Jan 26 15:30 3w-xxxx.rc.suse
-rw-r--r-- 1 500 500 156722 Jan 18 18:40 3dm-help.tgz
-rw-r--r-- 1 500 500 27590 Jan 18 18:37 license.txt
-rw-rw-r-- 1 500 500 16 Mar 9 21:45 version.txt
which runs as a daemon and can be used to interogate the status of
the controller via a WWW interface.
Has anyone had success running these binaries on OpenBSD in linux
emulation mode?
