problem with glob patch file

Hi there

I'm not sure where the appropriate place that I should report this is, but
the patch file 025_glob that's on errata.html doesn't seem to work right.

It patches okay, but on "make" the make stops because it can't find
GLOB_LIMIT. This is because -I/usr/src/include is not in Makefile.inc in
/usr/src/lib/libc.

I put -I/usr/src/include in Makefile.inc on the CFLAGS line and everything
seems to work fine.

Please let me know where I should report this.
