Is there any way to move an existing server and configuration from
one system to another?
Details: I have a Dell MMX-200 running 2.8-stable as an ipfilter
firewall with Apache, Postfix, and a bunch of user email accounts.
Ideally, I would like to move the system relatively intact to a
new computer by simply moving the hard drive and the network cards
and turning it on.
If this won't work, is there at least any way to move the user accounts
from one machine to the other so that I don't have to deal with them
complaining about why their passwords changed?
Any other thoughts about this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick VanNorman
