cvs server setup

Hi

I want to setup a cvs server on my OpenBSD box such that
there is anonymous access as well as some developer access.
I found the little how-to to setup an anonymous server
using anoncvsh. It's working fine but how do I add
read-write access rights for some developers? (of course
all write-accessable and anonymous accounts for the same
repository)
