Tossing linux

I just had a run-in with 3[0] crappy distributions of Linux in the
same day, all failing unexpectedly in different ways[1]. I'd like to
try a BSD, say, Open, instead. Problem is, I depend on some stuff
working correctly (in the sense that "I'll continue using Linux if
this doesn't work under OpenBSD). Are the following things _working_
(not "working") under Open:

PCMCIA (Xircom RealPort)
USB Mouse
XFree86 4.0.2
Ensoniq ES1370 Soundcard
Sawfish
HelixXimian Gnome
XMMS
Apache + ApacheJServ + PHP
Licq
pilot-link
Mozilla / Galeon

Anyway, just thought I'd check.

[0] SuSE 7.1, Mandrake 7.2, RedHat 7.0
[1] Stuff like my PCMCIA modem switching devices, Gnome not
installing, RPM incompatabilities, perverse combinations of SysV
and BSD init, that sort of stuff
