Obviously I forgot appending the dmesg output for the other NIC:
rl1 at pci0 dev 11 function 0 "Realtek 8139" rev 0x10: irq 9 address 00:30:84:26:23:35
OUI 0x000000 model 0x0000 rev 0 at rl1 phy 0 not configured
(the rl is in my OpenBSD 2.8 box, the ne one runs under 2.7)
