Compiling Ports with FLAVOURS (courier-imap-1.2.3)

allo,

 im trying to get imap/pop3 on a 2.8 OpenBSD box. Ive tried setting
 FLAVORS=pop3 make install 
 and millions of combination therein, but none actually give me the pop3 bits.

 what am i doing wrong?

it should have pop3d.* in there aswell...
