Is it possible to setup mail server for dynamic IP host

Hello,

I recently tried to setup the sendmail mail server for my organization.
The problem is that we didn't have fix IP which will be assigned by ISP
dynamically each time.  I had tried out that send out is possible to do
so while receive the incoming email is not ok yet. I don't know why.  I
enclose the sendmail -v log and ask for your help.  If anyone have
the similar problem, please share your experience with me.  Thanks.
