SSH problem

I have some problem with my ssh 

when i login to the openbsd box using linux ssh client after a long while
(about 30 seconds) i get hang, all my keyboard input is not responding.

if i login with putty (windows ssh client) i get an error messages saying
"Unexpected networks error 10053"

Does anyone know what's the problem ??
