[thank you Theo!]

Crypto on the CD: Coming from Canada, OpenBSD really doesn't need to
worry much about exporting crypto, if I have heard the gist of their
laws correctly. (There are something like ten nations and their citizens
that should not receive the CDs from Canada, though a circuitous trip
through other countries might make easy for those citizens to get a hold
of the crypto.)

Since RSA's patent expired on Sept 20th this year, there is no longer
any reason to support the RSAREF implementation, which has been shown to
be suboptimal. (cf bugtraq.)

So, the plans were, to ship the OpenSSL-derived libs with the CD, per
http://www.openbsd.org/28.html. Considering that Theo has announced a CD
has been pressed, and he hasn't updated this page yet, I would count
this as authoritive. (Or would that be authoritative? *sigh*)

In any event, I wish my hard drive had waited another week or two before
giving out. :-/
