Hans might have one that would work better, since he does all sorts of
kerberos stuff, but attached is a Makefile which goes in
/usr/src/kerberosIV/libexec/popper. The problem is that it expects
some functions from libroken which don't get linked in, so I also
attached a file for /usr/src/kerberosIV/lib/roken/Makefile
