Re: no print to screen in v 2.8

I've narrowed the problem down to:

Snapshot 2.8 is running without problems since 14 hours when 
unplugging the ps/2 mouse _before_ installation (floppy28, ftp). 

So, it's back to the original question of any known problems with 
ps/2 keyboard plus ps/2 mouse.

As before, I haven't found any hints at the faqs, man pages or misc
mailing list (geocrawler).

Ideas, hints, pointers are welcome.
