I have no idea what I am talking about here.
Sometime ago I wanted to forward syslog messages from machine outside
our firewall using OpenSSH but since syslog uses UDP that was not
possible. The other day someone asked about SNMP which also uses UDP.
Is it possible to hack (code) OpenSSH so that it can tunnel UDP?
I know there is a syslogd that uses TCP.
