Disclaimer:
I have no idea what I am talking about here.
Background:
Sometime ago I wanted to forward syslog messages from machine outside
our firewall using OpenSSH but since syslog uses UDP [1] that was not
possible. The other day someone asked about SNMP which also uses UDP.
Question:
Is it possible to hack (code) OpenSSH so that it can tunnel UDP?
[1] I know there is a syslogd that uses TCP.
