make build errors in cvs'd /usr/src/lib/libc

I'm getting errors whilst trying to build from the current source tree.
It goes a little something like this:

===> libc
cc -O2   -DLIBC_SCCS -DSYSLIBC_SCCS -I/usr/src/lib/libc/include -DYP 
-I/usr/src/lib/libc/yp -D__DBINTERFACE_PRIVATE -DRESOLVSORT
-DPOSIX_MISTAKE -DFLOATING_POINT -DNLS   -c
/usr/src/lib/libc/gen/login_cap.c -o login_cap.o
/usr/src/lib/libc/gen/login_cap.c:45: login_cap.h: No such file or
directory
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/lib/libc.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/lib.


I've looked through the archives by am drawing a blank.
Can someone give me an idea of how to fix this?
