OpenBSD project idea help

I was wondering if anyone could help with a Open Source project I have been working on.  To create a browser based configuration tool along the lines of what http://www.netmax.com does with their firewall product. I know the firewall side and configuration but not what it takes to make the browser part of it. In order to use OpenBSD as the base of a firewall appliance.

Any Help or Suggestions?
