SecurID support in OpenSSH?

I'm confused. Looking through various posts to the OpenSSH mailing list and
here, it seems that OpenSSH does not support SecurID except for a dirty hack
to make the command in authorized_keys run the ACE agent. However in the sshd
man page there is the following reference to SecurID:

     KerberosOrLocalPasswd
If set then if password authentication through Kerberos fails
then the password will be validated via any additional local
mechanism such as /etc/passwd or SecurID. Default is ``yes''.

Is there support underway? Is it already working? Where are the configuration
details documented? What are next weeks lotto numbers?
