what's fastboot(8)? Its not in the 2.7 or online manpages...

I'm having troublewith my disks not being fsck'ed on startup, and the
shutdown(8) suggested there is a fastboot(8), that sounds like
one of the messages on startup (where it doesn't do the fsck).

It seems to be a virtual man page, does anybody have any pointers?
