Up until a few weeks ago when this discussion started, I never knew about
F9-F12; I always used Alt-Fx back in Linux so it was only natural for me
to use CTRL-ALT-Fx now that I'm using OpenBSD.
I do believe this isn't really an issue anymore since the developers have
already made up their minds on this.
