Has anyone built this in obsd?

I am trying to compile xfce-3.2.5. For some reason its configure script fails
to find /usr/X11R6/include/X11/xpm.h, which file is clearly there. 

The package appears to build and run just fine if one just bulls ahead, but of
course with no xpm's displayed, which makes it a little on the dull side.
