Video conference through NAT

I have my obsd box setup with ipf and nat, with default rules that are
reccomended to pass and allow all.

Has anyone had any success/failures with using packages such as Netmeeting
on a pc on a network, and send/recieve video through obsd's gateway?  I
found I am able to send video and audio, but not recieve.  Are there any 
changes to my rules that would allow my recieve?  Or possibly are
there any other conferencing packages avalible that are more compatible?
