Funny you should mention it, I just installed the newest 4.7 release...
The source you want is BSDI, not FreeBSD...
Works fine on my 2.5 machine.

Subject: Netscape in obsd
I just did my first install of openbsd, and the only thing I've
had trouble getting to work was netscape. I tried running the linux
version of netscape 4.6 and 4.7, which give an "Abort Trap" error if I
remember correctly. I also tried the freebsd versions and they exit
with a "Invalid System Call" error. I read that the genaric kernel has
linux binary compatibility enabled by default, and this should work for
static binaries, which these are. I was wondering if anyone had gotten
this, or something similar to work, and what I might have to do to in
order to get Netscape running. Thanks very much in advance
Pete
