Anyone know about the bug that this patch is for:

There were a few bugs listed on:
http://www.openbsd.org/errata.html
They were called RELIABILITY bugs, but from the really short
description, it looks like you could DoS a lot of different obsd 
systems.  Anyone know where I can find info about these bugs?  
This particular errata page is pretty skimpy when it comes to details.
