Broken online man pages...

I couldn't find the address for the maintainer(s) of the
openbsd.org but I have noticed that the pcvt(4) man page is
referenced in the online manual but it is not there.  Try
apropos pcvt and you will get a few pages including pcvt
(4)go to it and you get:
no entry for pcvt in section(s) 4 of the manual.

If nobody here can fix this, who should i mail (if anyone
;)?
