Compaq Armada 7750MT: 2.5 Installation Problem

Dear List,

I installed OpenBSD 2.5 several times booting by floppy25.fs and then
trying to perform a standard installation using ftp. All procedure run
correctly. Afterwards, when I try to reboot my machine, the computer
hangs after having printed
Using Drive 0: Partition 3
(it might be that I have something misspelled in this line above).

My Hardware:
 - Compaq Armada 7750MT
 - HD: IBM-DBOA-2720

My Question:
 - can anyone give me the required hints to perform a successful
   installation on my laptop ?
