This is precisely what I do to filter email.  We run MMDF here,
so the appropriate lines from my .maildelivery file look like:

To  misc_(_at_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_org  file  A	...
cc  misc_(_at_)_openbsd_(_dot_)_org  file  A	...
