CTM problem.

I got the OpenBSD-cvs tree using CTM (ftp'd from ctm.openbsd.org).

However, after checking out a copy from my new local cvs tree and trying
a "make build", I discovered that some of the files should be executable
but aren't. Pretty much every file in the cvs tree is mode 644.

So how do I fix this?
