yesterday it happened to me once again, that I had no utility for
writing image to boot floppy. Only working machine I had
access to was winsos NT w/o network. Fortunately enough, there
was a compiler, and so I wrote utility for that purpose. If
someone cares, this is available (source + binary) at
http://home.cyber.ee/vix/ntrw.tar.gz.

This is temporary location in the sense that I may (be forced to)
(re)move it without prior notice at some time in the future.
