2.2 Amiga screenblanker doesnt work

The  standard   distribution of  2.2  Amiga wants    to start the  sun
screenblanker. It needs a  /dev/fb* which Amigas don't support. What's
wrong? Is there another way  to make the blanker work  or will we have
to disable it for Amigas? Niklas, could you please handle this?
