NE2000 not being recognized by OpenBSD

I have been trying to get my NE2000 recognized by the OpenBSD 2.1 and 2.2
GENERIC kernels.  The card is on 0x340/IRQ 11.  

I used the -c option to configure the ed* interface.  I disabled every
device I possibly could.

Tried it in 2 different machines.  The NE2000 card works fine under both
Linux and Windows 95.  

Any tips that anyone might have would be greatly appreciated.  I am just
about out of ideas...
